BlueWater Resort & Casino Welcomes the Return of Arizona Drag Boat Association's "Thunder on the River"
PARKER, AZ, April 21, 2023 – BlueWater Resort & Casino announces the anticipated return of the Arizona Drag Boat Association (ADBA) and their exhilarating event, "Thunder on the River." The high-speed drag boat racing spectacle will take place directly in front of the resort from April 28th to April 30th.
The River's Edge Cantina, situated at BlueWater Resort & Casino, offers guests the prime viewing location to witness the heart-pounding excitement of the boat races. As boats zip down the Colorado River, spectators can soak up the stunning atmosphere from the Cantina.
River access during the event will be available at specific times, as follows:
Friday, April 28th:
Test and tune from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
River traffic open at 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Saturday, April 29th:
Qualifying races for all classes from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
River traffic open at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
Sunday, April 30th:
Elimination races from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
River traffic open at 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.
