Pits: The pits will open on Friday morning (3/15) after 8:00 am. This does not mean Wednesday or Thursday per the Blue Water Resort mgmt. Motorhomes, Rv's and long Toy Haulers are NOT permitted on the beach/water side of the pits. All Motorhomes, Rv's and long Toy Haulers will park on the Amphitheater side of the pits in the lot behind the ampitheater, race teams take priority over Motorhomes. Dry camping only (no hook ups). All motorhomes/RV's/Toy Haulers (regardless of length) must register and pay at the Blue Water Gift Shop (inside the resort) for camping fee's ($40/night).
All race pits spots take priority over Motorhomes!!! Please do NOT spread out. Take only enough for your pit and please be good neighbors to your fellow racers. Do not set up until cleared by the pit manager!! Do not park on the launch ramp(s) at either end of the pits. These must be kept open. NO parking in the fire lane or on the launch ramp(s)- reminder, where the chain has been dropped is considered the launch ramps.The launch ramps are designated where the chain has been dropped.
Beach Area: Absolutely NO motorized vehicles on the beach, hand carting in and out only. Motorized launch (cars/trucks/quads/etc.) must use the designated launch/pick up ramp. Please do not park or set up your pit where you might block access to the beach. No extra pit vehicles will be permitted, they will be asked to park in the resort parking lot above the pits. Each entry and or boat will receive ONE (1) pit pass for their vehicle. All vehicles must display the proper parking pass (to be received at check-in/late registration). Parking of additional vehicles is above in the asphalt parking lot adjacent to the pits.
Fuel: All fuel must be stowed properly. If you are storing fuel in the back of your truck you may not back the truck over the water per the Coast Guard and EPA. Failure to comply will result in a fine or dq at the Coast Guard's discretion. All fuel barrel's and or fuel containers (ie: VP 5 gallon cans) must be removed by the owner at the end of the race weekend. All fuel barrel's/containers will be marked and if left the participant will forfeit all points/prize money, etc. (take your fuel cans/barrel's with you, please don't leave them). Rider Check In: ALL racers/families/crew members must check-in on Friday starting at 10:30 am until 6:00 p.m. and or on Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. If you've pre-registered you still must check-in, sign the waivers and receive your credentials. If you haven't registered you may do so during the days/times stated. Please do not wait until registration is closing to either get registered or clear registration and get your credentials.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Friday March 15th, 2024
8:00 am - Pits open to all teams.
Note: Pits are 1st come, 1st serve. Motorhomes, RV's and long Toy Hauler must park on the amphitheater side. Smaller toy haulers may be allowed on the beach side but must not be in the fire lane. If your Toy Hauler sticks out into the fire lane you must park on the amphitheater side of the pits (adjacent to the amphitheater.) Absolutely NO vehicles can block the fire lane per the Blue Water. Once parked all Motorhomes/RV's/Toy Haulers (regardless of length) must proceed to the Blue Water Gift Shop (inside the resort) to pay camping fee's - $40/night.
10:30 am – 6:00 pm Racer Check-in, Registration at River's Edge Cantina patio area, adjacent to pit area. Safety inspection at Ramada #1 (adjacent to the start line area). Look for the IJSBA Inspection pop up tent.
Saturday, March 16th, 2024 - Schedule of Events - Round 1
6:30 am - 8:00 am Registration/check in - River's Edge Cantina Patio
6:30 am - 8:00 am Technical Inspection - (See Chief Inspector Rich Boell in pit area at Ramada 1 (look for the IJSBA Inspection tent ).
8:00 am - 8:30 am Mandatory Riders Meeting (all riders must attend!!) - River's Edge Cantina Patio
9:00 am - 10:00 am Closed Course Practice
10:00 am - 1:00 pm Closed Course Qualifying
1:30 pm – 5:00 pm Closed Course Finals
Sunday March 17th, 2024 - Schedule of Events - Round 1
7:30 am - 8:00 am Registration/Technical Inspection - River's Edge Cantina Patio/Pit Area
8:00 am - 8:30 am Mandatory Riders Meeting (all riders must attend!!)
8:30 am - 9:00 am Closed Course Last Chance Practice
9:00 am - 3:00 pm Closed Course Qualifying & Finals
3:30 pm - Awards Ceremony

All long Motorhomes/RV's & long Toy Haulers will park in the designated "dirt" lot parking area behind the amphitheater, dry camping only, 1st come, 1st serve. No reservation needed, $40/night charge for dry camping. Everyone will need a parking pass and credentials to come through the gate once you have gone through registration on race days (Sat. & Sun).
